Casie is double board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in both school and outpatient mental health settings since 1998. Passionate about lifelong learning and teaching, Casie holds a Master’s in Nursing Education and is currently a Doctor of Nursing Practice candidate.
After experiencing the incredible effects that adopting the pillars of lifestyle medicine had on her own family, Casie is charting a course as a Lifestyle Psych NP to help those who are looking for more than a magic pill.
A native of Texas, Casie has recently relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area after ten chilly years in rural Western New York. In her free time, she enjoys nature, travel, and hiking with her partner, daughter, and French bulldog Jax.
